Library hosts 'Altered Book' competition

LAWRENCEVILLE - Gwinnett County Public Library invites artists from Gwinnett County and the metro-Atlanta area to submit an Altered Book to any of its 14 branches by April 10. Bogan Park gets new playgrounds
